Annual Dues Increase

The cost of membership has gone from $25.00 + $5.00 for a key to a flat rate of $50.00. Even at that it's a bargin! I believe it was a neccesity, we were keeping the lights on and some repairs made but at a small loss on a monthly basis. In order to make improvements for everyone's benefit I believe that this was the best way to share the expense.
